Over five focused days, we build a strategic, insight-led brand that’s ready to launch quickly, affordably, and without cutting corners.

It’s a collaborative, energised process designed for decision-makers who want to step into the market with confidence and clarity.

What’s Included:

  • We dive into market research and competitor analysis to fuel the design process. This ensures our designs aren’t just innovative, but also perfectly aligned with market demands, giving you that extra edge over your competition.

  • We will thoroughly evaluate any existing brand strategy, or develop a fresh and robust foundational strategy. This strategy will guide all design decisions and shape the creative direction throughout the process.

    While the specific components may vary depending on the brand, we typically address key areas such as vision, mission, target audience, tone of voice, and core values to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand identity.

  • To ensure a highly effective brand sprint, we outline a clear visual direction through two distinct concepts, each tailored to your brand and industry. These concepts typically include brand style and tone, logo wordmark inspiration, colour references, and typography exploration.

    The goal of this document is to achieve complete alignment before the project start date, ensuring a smooth and focused creative process.

  • We design bespoke, intentional, and memorable logos, guided by your brand strategy and creative direction. Every logo is fully customised to ensure it is truly unique and tailored to your brand’s identity.

    To ensure complete brand consistency, we provide a comprehensive logo suite, which includes:

    Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, Tagline Logo, Submark, and Favicon.

  • Colour plays a crucial role in expressing your brand personality.

    We work with you to develop a strategic colour palette that supports your business long-term, featuring core colours for consistency and an extended palette for added versatility and brand longevity.

  • As self-confessed typography addicts, we take font curation seriously!

    We make informed typography selections based on the specific needs of your brand. All fonts provided are commercially free, allowing you to use them seamlessly across all brand touchpoints without restrictions.

  • We use a mix of curated stock imagery and custom AI-generated photos to create mock-ups that showcase your branding in real-world applications. This helps you see your brand in action and imagine how it can come to life across different touchpoints.

  • We create a central brand style guide to showcase your brand identity, making it easy for you and your team to stay consistent. This guide is crucial for business growth, ensuring a cohesive brand presence that builds positive perceptions.

    It’s a simple, one-page cheat sheet with all your brand’s essential design elements—giving you quick access to everything needed to keep your brand looking sharp and consistent.

The Brand Sprint Process

  • We’ll kick off with a strategy workshop to uncover your brand’s deeper mission and vision. Then, using your questionnaire and any existing brand strategy work, we’ll identify opportunities and build a clear, strategic plan to help your brand stand out.

  • We’ll focus on curating and defining your brand’s visual direction. Using insights from the brand strategy, market analysis, and any input you’ve shared, we craft a clear, intentional creative plan. By the end of the day, we’ll present our creative directions via Loom for your review.

  • Wednesday is your time to review the creative directions and reflect on what feels most aligned with your brand vision. We recommend setting aside dedicated time to go through the presentation and gather any thoughts or preferences.

    To keep the process streamlined, please provide consolidated feedback via email by the end of the day. Clear, specific input at this stage ensures we can refine and move forward efficiently.

  • Thursday is dedicated to bringing your brand identity to life. In the morning, we’ll focus on developing logo concepts and refining the colour direction.

    Around midday (timezone dependent), we’ll meet for a collaborative review session, allowing us to refine the designs together in real-time. By the evening, you’ll receive a PDF presentation with the updated concepts for further review and consideration.

  • Friday is dedicated to final refinements and preparing your brand assets for handover. Please compile and submit all final feedback by 10 AM to ensure a smooth process.

    We’ll spend the day fine-tuning the details and finalising your brand elements. Once complete, we’ll organise everything into your Brand Guideline Board and Brand Asset Master Folder, ready for handover on Monday.
